When do I pay?

Ground transportation - We require 50% due at the time of booking and the remaining due at delivery.

Air transportation - We require 100% due at the time of booking.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Venmo, Zelle and Cash.

We can also accept COD for the remaining balance due, we will need a 50% deposit to hold your booking.

Also, when the pets are traveling, it can upset their tummies, so it may cause them to have a bit of an upset stomach for a few days. Having the "health clearance" is always good in our eyes.

Flying requirements:
Fur baby can fit in a Airline Approved Crate ( we provide ), must be under 25 lbs.
Can fit under the seat in the crate
Pet fee $125 (must be paid at booking)
Pet transportation for small pets under 25 lbs. Your small dog, cat, or rabbit can fly safely in the cabin of a commercial plane with a flight nanny as a carry-on.
Before your flight

The day before the flight, we will confirm our flight itinerary and schedule with you.

We will prepare an airline-approved carrier for the trip.

We meet your pet at your preferred airport 2 hrs before departure.

You will receive live GPS tracking as soon as we pick up your pet from the Breeder/Shelter, Etc. and head to the airport.

Your pet flies in the cabin of the plane under the seat in front of the flight nanny.

Don't worry, we have a NO paws on the ground policy! (if under 10 weeks old) For potty breaks, we will accommodate and make sure we are prepared with plenty of potty pads so they will not touch the ground. We want to prevent any illness'.

With GPS tracking and real-time photo updates, you’ll have peace of mind knowing exactly where your pet is throughout the trip. Our Pet Taxi service is also flexible enough to accommodate shared transport on a case-by-case basis.
For clients who need recurring trips, we offer discounted rates through our loyalty program, making it easy and cost-effective to ensure your pet gets where they need to go.
