We understand that entrusting your beloved pet to someone else can be stressful. That’s why we go above and beyond to ensure that every step of your pet’s journey is handled with the utmost care and attention.

Preparing for your pet's journey is an important step in ensuring their comfort and safety. To help make the process as smooth as possible, we've put together guidelines for what to pack for both flight and ground transport. By packing the right items, you can ensure your pet feels at ease and has everything they need during their trip.

Packing for Flight Transport:
 

  1. Carrier: A secure, well-ventilated, and approved carrier that meets TSA requirements. (For your convenience, we provide a sanitized carrier for your pet or you may purchase one of our convenient packages and it will be delivered to you with your pet.)

  2. Comfort Items: Familiar blankets or toys to provide comfort and reduce stress.

  3. Identification: Ensure your pet has a collar with ID tags and a microchip if possible.

  4. Health Documentation: Include a copy of your pet’s health records and state-issued Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) signed by a certified Veterinarian no more than 10 days prior to the first scheduled date of travel.

  5. Food: Small, easy-to-carry portions of food for the flight, including travel bowls.

  6. Personal Items: Any additional items that might help your pet feel at home.

Ground Transport Check List

To ensure a smooth and successful trip for your pet, please review this checklist of mandatory requirements. Unlike the recommended items, these are essential to meet before your pet can be cleared for transport.

Packing for Ground Transport:
 

  1. Crate: Preferably a USDA approved and crash-tested crate that meets our safety standards No Wire Crates. (For your convenience, we provide a sanitized crate for your pet or you may purchase one of our convenient packages and it will be delivered to you with your pet.)

  2. Comfort Items: Bring along blankets or toys to comfort your pet during the journey.

  3. Identification: Ensure your pet wears a collar with ID tags and is microchipped.

  4. Health Documentation: Include a copy of your pet’s health records and state-issued Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) signed by a certified Veterinarian no more than 10 days prior to the first scheduled date of travel.

  5. Food and Water: Pack sufficient food and water for the journey, including bowls.

  6. Leash and Harness: A well-fitting harness and leash for any breaks or exercises during transport.

  7. Personal Items: Any other items that might help make your pet feel comfortable and secure.

Note: Some packages may be unavailable for priority or express trips (booked 1 week or less in advance). Personalized items, such as blankets with your pet's name and ID tags, may not be available for trips booked less than 3 weeks in advance. If personalization is unavailable, the blanket will be replaced with a high-quality generic version.

How Our Packages Work:

After you submit your request for a quote, our team will reach out to discuss your specific transport needs. During this call, we’ll offer the option to add any of our special packages to your quote. The cost of the chosen package will be added to your total.

Payment Details:

​

  • Ground Transport: 50% of the total (including the package) is due on the reservation date, with the remaining 50% due on or before the departure/pick-up date.

  • Flight Transport: 100% of the total (including the package) is required upon reservation.

 

If you choose to add a package after your reservation has been confirmed and paid for, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that rush fees may apply for late additions.

We charge for the cost of the items and a small service fee to cover the convenience of assembling and managing these packages. This ensures that everything is ready for your pet’s journey, providing a smooth and worry-free experience.
